The deadline to register to vote in Maryland is today Tuesday, October 16th. Nikki Charlson, Deputy Elections Administrator for the State told WBAL News that Maryland could be on track to reach four million voters after the deadline passes. The breakdown is still two to one democrats to republicans in Maryland but Charlson says as of September 30th, there were 2.2 million registered Democrats, 1 million registered Republicans and 700-thousand registered as Unaffiliated….
