Tomblin Submits Aid Request from Storm Damage

Federal aid could be coming to West Virginia residents affected by the June 29th storm that left thousands without power for nearly a week. Governor Earl Ray Tomblin submitted a request Friday for individual assistance to be added the federal disaster declaration previously approved by President Obama. If granted, the aidwould help individuals and businesses in recovery and repair efforts.
