The Maryland State Police Hagerstown Barrack is currently out with a overturned tractor trailer on the ramp from eastbound I-70 to northbound I-81. The tractor trailer overturned while attempting to negotiate the ramp. The tractor trailer is overturned with an obstruction to the northbound I-81 collector lane. The ramp is also currently open, however, due to wreckers on the scene in efforts to upright the truck, the ramp will be partially closed at times until the vehicle is up righted. The accident occurred at approximately 0350 hours this morning. The collision is being handled by Tfc. Talbert and is still under investigation. The driver of the rig was not injured in the incident.
