The City of Cumberland Engineering Department on behalf its contractor Belt Paving, Inc would like to notify the public that beginning Friday October 5, 2012 for approximately 30 working days the Eastbound lane of Oldtown RD from New Hampshire Ave to Winifred RD will be closed. Traffic on Oldtown RD from Winifred RD to New Hampshire Ave will be one way westbound. Side streets in the affected area will be closed to thru traffic local traffic will be permitted. Use caution in the work zone, obey traffic control devices and follow detour route for west bound travels. Expect delays during working hours.
