The City of Cumberland Engineering Department would like to notify the public that on Thursday, November 8, 2018, traffic on Oldtown RD @ Winifred RD will be under a flagging operation. This will allow for Belt Paving to make road improvements in the intersection. This flagging operation will take place between the hours of 4pm and 9pm.
