After many years of operation- initially at Canal Place and most recently at 45 Baltimore Street on the downtown mall- the Tree House Toy Shop has closed its doors. Margie Pein opened the business with her late husband- and the couple ran the day to day operations until his death in October of 2011. This past Thanksgiving weekend were the final days for the business and Margie reflected on the experience Monday on WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show.”
