The Office of the State’s Attorney for Allegany County, the Honorable Michael O. Twigg, State’s Attorney, announced on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 that Jessyca Laine Kimble, of Midland, recently appeared in the Circuit Court for Allegany County for an initial appearance for the second degree murder and related crimes associated with the death of her husband, Edward Kimble, in August 2014.
Ms. Kimble entered an initial plea of not guilty to all charges and requested her case be set for a jury trial. The Court scheduled the matter for jury trial on February 4, 2015. Ms. Kimble is represented by Sean P. Gallagher, Esq. The case will be prosecuted by Assistant State’s Attorney Erich M. Bean.
