Tri-State Zoological Park owner Robert Candy says an associated press story released this week is misleading regarding the status of the zoo at Christie Road. The U.S. Agriculture Department has ordered a 45-day suspension of the Tri-State Zoological Park at Christie Road for repeated violations of federal regulations from 2006 to 2010- and that suspension has been appealed.
