Allegany County Emergency Management reported that a pulp truck overturned on Chesaspeake Avenue in the McCoole area just after 1:30 Wednesday afternoon. As a result, Chesapeake Avenue was closed as units arrived on the scene and cleanup began. Emergeny Management reports the road re-opened after 4.
