The Maryland State Police Barracks in Hagerstown had to shut down the join lane of northbound Interstate 81 for several hours Saturday due to a tractor trailer that had overturned. The mishap occurred at the Interstate 70 Interchange at about 7:30 and the lane was affected until just after noon when the rig could be uprighted and removed from the scene.
