A tractor trailer has become stuck on the portion of Baltimore Street near the Western Maryland Rail tracks. Cumberland City Police is redirecting traffic flow, and a tow truck is attempting to move the tractor trailer, which apparently has a problem clearing the hump going toward Washington Street.
