Presidential candidate Donald Trump says he would address the "horrible mess" of Baltimore and other cities by creating jobs. Referring to the April riots, the Republican front-runner told the "Washington Post" editorial board that he watched what happened in Baltimore and said its obvious some changes are necessary to help the city rebound.
