A Tucker County, West Virginia, man is being held on a $500,000 cash bond in the Tygarts Valley Regional Jail.
63 year old Randy Scott Shull has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder after he allegedly pushed a woman, who subsequently hit her head and died.
Tucker County Sheriff's Department is investigating .
