Two Arrested in Disturbance at Rail Station

On Wednesday, July 19th, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department responded to Western Maryland Scenic Railroad Station for the report of individuals causing a disturbance.  When officers arrived, they observed a group of adult males who all appeared to be intoxicated.  Contact was made with the males who were advised of the complaint and told by officers they needed to leave the area and not cause any more disturbances.  The majority of the males left without further incident but two of them, identified as Nicky Lee Linn and Rick Franklin Imes, refused to leave the area as directed and subsequently were arrested for failure to obey.  Both Linn and Imes were later issued criminal citations and released pending trial.

Rick Franklin Imes, age: 47, Cumberland, Maryland.

Charges:  Failure to obey a lawful order
