Two City Women Arrested

November 17th, 2018 by WCBC Radio

On Friday November 18th the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Madison Paige Gore.  The summons was issued after the victim applied for charges stemming from an October 24, 2018 assault on Shriver Avenue.  The paperwork was served and Gore will appear in District Court at a later date.

Madison Paige Gore, age 24 of Cumberland, MD

Charges: 2nd Degree Assault & Disorderly Conduct

At approximately 401am officers from the Cumberland Police Department were dispatched to a Seymour Street residence for a disturbance.  Officers arrived and observed a female subject assaulting a male in the doorway of the residence.  The officers entered the residence separating the two subjects.  Once inside officers discovered that the homeowner requested the female leave but she refused.  They eventually were able to get her outside when she broke a window and forced her way back into the residence.  Upon seeing the physical evidence and talking with the victim officers attempted to place Brittni Sarah Davis under arrest.  Davis attempted to reenter the residence pushing one of the police officers.  Officers were able to gain control of Davis placing her in custody.  She was transported to Police Headquarters where she is awaiting her initial appearance in District Court.

Brittni Sarah Davis, age 30 of Cumberland, MD
