The Allegany County Public School System would like to remind parents and guardians that there will be a two-hour delayed opening for students on Thursday, October 17, 2013. The time will be used for staff professional development.
This change in the school calendar this year is one of three two-hour delayed openings for the school system. The other two delayed openings, which will also be used for professional development, are scheduled for November 14th and January 30th.
