Not far from here, two current medical crises have combined to create fear and concern.
From Thursday into Friday, two high school students in Morgantown overdosed on heroin laced “Vape Pens.” Authorities did preliminary testing on one of the vape solutions and found it contained heroin, opioids, and other toxic chemicals.
