The City of Cumberland today announced the reopening of the Baltimore Street Underpass.
The underpass is located at the intersection of Queen City Drive, and allows pedestrians to access the other side of the tracks when they are blocked by a train.
The underpass had been closed for repair Wednesday of last week.
