WBAL reports that about 100 unionized workers, and union leaders gathered for a rally last week at the site of what will be Baltimore City's casino to call for support of Question 7, the ballot question that will add a sixth casino in Prince George's County as well table games. The UAW and the AFL-CIO unions believe that the gambling expansion will create as many as 12,000 construction, casino and related jobs. The UAW represents casino workers in New Jersey, Michigan, Ohio and Connecticut. The rally took place at the site of the former Maryland Chemical Company on Russell Street near the stadiums, where Caesars is planning to build a casino that is due to open in two years…
