West Virginia Governor Jim Justice opened his Friday COVID-19 briefing by issuing an executive order to test every resident and every staff member at all nursing homes in the Mountain State.
Justice also ordered all testing labs to provide real time electronic reports of positive and negative COVID-19 tests to state and county departments of health.
Justice was also expected to reflect more on yesterday's three part plan of reopening the country's economy.
