On Friday, April 4, 2016 at approximately 16:45 pm, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to I68 for a motor vehicle crash. Once officers arrived on scene it was found the driver of the vehicle, Brian Russell Price, age 44 of Cumberland Maryland, and a young child had fled the scene into the surrounding woods. A search of the area was conducted with help from the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police Trooper 5. At this time Price and the child have not been located.
