The City of Cumberland Street Department will perform maintenance and repair a utility hole on Henderson Avenue at Frederick Street on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 (weather permitting). Henderson Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic from Charles Street to Knox Street from 5:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. on August 23rd.
