On 10-18-2013 at approx. 0447hrs deputies responded to a head on collission at National Hwy. near Clarysville. Upon arriving on scene EMS personell were already treating the parties involved for non-lifethreatening injuries. The at fault driver was identified as 18 year old Trantin Hendrickson. A witness on scene advised that Hendrickson was travelling at a high rate of speed going Eastbound on National Hwy. and attempted to overtake the witness's vehicle in a no passing zone. Hendrickson then crossed over and crashed into a vehicle operated by 51 year old Virginia Lattea who was travelling West on National Hwy. Both parties were transported to WMRH for treatment. Alcohol was a factor in the crash and charges are pending against Hendrickson.
