UPDATED: The road was reopened after about 20 minutes. One person was transported to Western Maryland Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Allegany County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating the cause.
INITIAL REPORT:
Allegany County 911 tells WCBC News that Winchester Road had to be closed due to a vehicle accident near the Garden City Trailer Park.
The call came in late in the 10 PM hour, and law enforcement and volunteer fire departments in the area were dispatched to the scene.
