The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office issued a warning Wednesday about a man who is knocking on doors in various communities seeking to obtain money for towing of a disabled vehicle when, in fact, he is seeking money to obtain narcotics, according to Sheriff Craig Robertson. At least a half-dozen complaints were received about the suspect, who has been identified by the sheriff’s office. The complaints have been received from residents in the Valley Road, Knob and Bedford Road areas. A Valley Road resident phoned into WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” about the incidents…
