City of Cumberland maintenance crews are working on a water main break that occurred overnight. As a result Oldtown Road will be closed between Race Street and Pennsylvania Avenue during the morning hours until repairs are made. The City of Cumberland is asking that motorist try to avoid this area during their morning commute. Repairs are expected to be completed by afternoon.
