A water main break was reported in the Frostburg area overnight, affecting water service in the area. At approximately 10:23pm Monday night, a water main break was reported in the area of Upper Georges Creek and Ziler Rd. Water service was affected for hours, with water being restored at 4:32am Tuesday morning
