The City of Cumberland, on behalf of the Upright Fence Company, is advising the public that Waverly Terrace (between Ridgeway Terrace and Weber Street) will be closed to thru traffic during fence installation along Waverly Terrace. The closure will be from 7:00 a.m. on Monday, April 25th until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29th.
