WCBC's Paul Mullan called into the Dave Norman Program Friday morning to update the weather in the Garrett County area. Locally, all schools including Garrett County were closed due to inclement weather and single-digit temperatures. The extended Finkle Forecast for the Allegany County area calls for wind chills reaching 8 below and snow showers tapering off early this morning.
