West Virginia Pre-Mature Birth Rate Falls in 2013

The March of Dimes reports that West Virginia's pre-mature birth rate has decreased for the sixth year in a row. West Virginia's rate sits at 12.4 percent. The rate isn't low enough, however to change its grade from a "C'' on the March of Dimes 2013 Premature Birth Rate Report card. The national average is 11.5 percent.
