The state of West Virginia is now the fattest state in the nation, according to the latest Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index. According to the poll Pennsylvania came in 16th in obesity rates, while Maryland showed up 23rd and Virginia 28th. According to some residents, they were not surprised by the results.
