Ironic timing for a trade mission to Cuba.
West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tombin and members of the state's Department of Commerce returned from a two day trade mission to the island nation on Saturday, the same day it was announced that longtime dictator Fidel Castro had died.
The trade mission also featured three Mountain State businesses.
