Martinsburg facing DUI charges following head-on collision; two women flown to Shock Trauma

The investigation revealed that a black Ford Focus operated by Patricia Prentice of Martinsburg, WV was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes.  A black Toyota Corrolla was westbound in lane one and was struck head on by the Ford.  The two females (of Martinsburg, WV) in the Toyota were flown by MSP helicopter to Shock Trauma in Baltimore, MD.  Prentice was transported by ambulance to Meritus Medical Center.  Prentice was charged with DUI and associated charges.
