The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is seeking public comment on its draft Wildlife Action Plan.
The plan is a non regulatory blueprint to guide wildlife managers in conserving habitat and keeping declining wildlife species from becoming threatened or endangered.
The first half of the draft had been released in December, and the rest is now complete.
