A four vehicle accident on Willowbrook Road this afternoon closed both the east bound off ramp from Interstate 68 and Willowbrook Road as crews worked to clear the scene. One person was transported to the nearby Western Maryland Regional Medical Center. Cumberland Police and Fire units responded. Both the exit ramp and Willowbrook Road were reopened at about 5:25pm.
