Wind Chill Advisory in Area Raises Health Concerns

Wind Chill Advisory in effect for some parts of Maryland  through Thursday morning as the frigid arctic conditions continue to hit the state hard to start the new year. The wind chill was expected to hit minus 25 in western Maryland. When the wind chill hits that point it can be dangerous to be outside for extended periods. Allegany County Emergency Services Director Dick Devore said the best thing you can do- if possible- is to simply stay inside..
