The Allegany County Board of Zoning Appeals continued hearings on special exception and variance applications by Dan's Mountain Wind Force for a 17 turbine array.
Matt Brewer, with Bennett, Brewer and Associates, a consultant for the applicant, has been the dominant presentor, tesifying for an estimated eight hours yesterday and this morning.
About 50 people were in attendance for testimony this morning. Sources with the board tell WCBC News that resident testimony is expected to begin at some point this afternoon.
