On the day after Christmas, a major winter storm is moving through western Maryland with heavy snow, sleet and freezing rain all in the forecast. The snow and ice combined with heavy holiday travel is causing havoc on the roadways with dozens of accidents and disabled vehicles making for lenghty backups and delays.
