The Wisp Resort has reported it has emerged from bankruptcy protection under new management. The state's only ski resort said Friday that the Pacific Group will run the business for new owner EPT Ski Properties- a unit of Kansas City-based real-estate investment trust EPR Properties. EPT purchased the resort for $23.5 million earlier this month.
