WMHS Records $15 Million Revenue in 2013

Thanks to some analysis, re-organization and identifying a flawed formula- the Western Maryland Health System turned a $2 million revenue loss in 2012 into a $15 million revenue stream in 2013. Health System CEO Barry Ronan talked with WCBC News that talked about the effort to right the ship financially in the past 24 months- much of which he says can be attributed to supply and labor analysis.
