Wolf Orders All Non Life Sustaining Businesses in PA to Shut Down

March 19th, 2020 by WCBC Radio

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf Thursday ordered all non-life-sustaining businesses in the Keystone State to close their physical locations, and that enforcement actions would begin tonight at midnight against businesses that don't conform to his order.

The prohibition does not apply to work done from home, and life sustaining businesses may remain open, but must follow social distancing practices and other mitigation measures defined by the CDC. Food establishments that do carry out, delivery and drive through can continue to operate as long as measures are in place to keep workers and customers safe.
