On Friday night at approximately 7:30 pm Cumberland Police Officers responded to the 400 block of North Mechanic Street for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival officers discovered a woman causing a disturbance and as well as possibly being under the influence of alcohol. Crystal Nicole Rymer, 20, was contacted and placed under arrest. Rymer was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol and released pending trial.
