On Friday, April 26th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department responded to the area of Park Street for the report of a female attempting to sell Fentanyl patches.  Officers responded to the area and observed the female who they were able to identify as Teresa Ann Schaumloeffel.  Officers then watched Schamaumloeffel as she entered a local establishment where she was overheard by officers attempting to sell the Fentanyl patches to a patron.  Schamumloeffel was arrested and the patches were later determined not to be Fentanyl.  She was charged with possession with intent to distribute a fake CDS and taken before the District Court Commissioner.  Schaumloeffel was released on her own personal recognizance pending trial.
