Cumberland City Police served a Bench Warrant Saturday on 35 year old Jessica Durham.
The Warrant stemmed from Durham failing to appear in District Court two years ago this month on charges of theft of less than $100.
Durham was later remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center and held in lieu of $1000 bond.
