Putting an end to speculation, West Virginia’s Republican Governor Jim Justice this week announced that he does plan to seek a second term and will be a candidate in 2020. After touting some of his accomplishments of the past three years, Governor Justice said that there is much work remaining- and he wants to be part of solving some of the state’s more serious problems.
