Governor Jim Justice will hold a press conference today to discuss issues pertaining to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Three sitting justices and one former justice are set for an initial appearance before the Senate on Sept. 11 to answer charges brought against them through articles of impeachment adopted in the House of Delegates on Aug. 13. Each individual is set to have their own trial before the Senate. Right now, two of the five justices elected by West Virginians in the most recent Supreme Court elections are sitting on the court.
