On 8-23-13 at approximately 1230 hours troopers from Maryland State Police McHenry Barrack responded to I68 in the area of the 6 mm for a reported vehicle rollover. Investigation revealed that Yong Ming Chen,38, Mount Clare, WV was W/B on I68 when for unknown reasons his 2009 Honda CR-V left the roadway and traveled across the median, struck a guardrail, then overturned several times across the E/B lanes. Chen was transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Chen was cited for negligent driving.
NGRS, Friendsville VFD, and MD SHA also responded.
