WV Will Replace Food Stamps Due to Storm

The state of West Virginia will help people on public assistance who lost food because of  power failures. The Department of Health and Human Resources is adjusting the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program to help families who are suffering, according to the Charleston Gazette. Those who lost food in June can apply for replacement benefits through the local DHHR.
