The Allegany County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear the case for and against a petition by Dan’s Mountain Wind Force for a Special Exception and a request to Reduce Variances beginning today at 9 AM at the Multi Purpose Building at the County Fairgrounds. The hearings could take three days to complete. West Virginia 1st District Congressman David McKinley wants more money released to address water issues in rural communities.
McKinley represents Mineral and Grant Counties, and says most of his district resides in towns that have small populations…
