At 12:55 p.m. today, the Allegany County Board of Zoning Appeals voted 3-0 to deny the application by Dan's Mountain Windforce, LLC for both variances and a special exception to construct a 17 unit industrial wind farm project on Dan's Mountain in Allegany County.
A formal opinion will be issued by the Board of Zoning Appeals within the next 30 days, and will be posted on the Allegany County website.
